Alameda Belt Line Operation Exemption Approved by Harbor Commissioners

The Alameda Belt Line operation has been granted an exemption by the Board of Harbor Commissioners of the Port of Los Angeles, the Board of Harbor Commissioners of Long Beach, the Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority, and Union Pacific Railroad Company.
