FMC Requests Public Comments on Maritime Information Collection Portal

The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) is requesting public comments on a web portal to collect information from the public regarding maritime-related issues until March 28, 2024. This collection is part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and implements provisions of the Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 2022.
