HUD Updates Section 3 Benchmarks for Low-Income Persons and Eligible Businesses

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has published an update to its Section 3 benchmarks, which require the agency to set goals for creating economic opportunities for low- and very low-income persons and eligible businesses, and invites public comment on the updated benchmarks.
