Surface Transportation Board Seeks Extension of Approval for Classification Index Survey Form

The Surface Transportation Board is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget to extend the collection of a Classification Index Survey Form for 60 days, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
