Millennium Challenge Corporation Selection Criteria and Methodology Report for Fiscal Year 2027

The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has published a report outlining the selection criteria and methodology for determining eligible countries for assistance under the Millennium Challenge Act of 2003 for fiscal year 2027. The report is open for public comment until March 2, 2027.
