EPA Extends Comment Period for New Source Performance Standards Review for Secondary Lead Smelters

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period on a proposed rule for secondary lead smelters until February 1, 2023, from its original closing date of January 17, 2023.
