Air Plan Approval; Michigan; Base Year Emissions Inventory and Emissions Statement Rule for the 2015 Ozone Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a request from the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) to revise the Michigan State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the 2015 ozone standard. This approval addresses emissions inventory and statement requirements for several nonattainment areas in Michigan.
