EPA Proposes Settlement for Response Costs at Sessions Clock Site in Connecticut

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement with Philips North America LLC to recover response costs at the Sessions Clock Site in Bristol, Connecticut, in exchange for a covenant not to sue for past costs.
