EPA Approves New York State Implementation Plan for Ozone Control

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of New York to control volatile organic compounds and reduce ozone emissions, eliminating Stage II requirements and strengthening Stage I vapor recovery systems at gasoline dispensing facilities.
