Air Plan Disapprovals; Interstate Transport of Air Pollution for the 2015 8-Hour Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing disapprovals of State Implementation Plan (SIP) submissions for 19 states and partial approvals for two states regarding interstate transport of air pollution for the 2015 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS). The EPA is required to promulgate Federal Implementation Plans (FIPs) within 2 years to address the relevant requirements.
