U.S. Coast Guard Seeks Public Input on Vessel Response Plan and Oil-Spill Response Plan Advisory Group Recommendations

The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting public feedback on proposed changes to its Vessel Response Plan program and policies, following recommendations from the Maritime Oil-Spill Response Plan Advisory Group in response to a Government Accountability Office audit.
