Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Gilmerton Bridge Regulations to Reduce Delays

The US Coast Guard is proposing a temporary adjustment to the regulations governing the Gilmerton Bridge in Chesapeake, VA, to alleviate delays caused by unscheduled vessel openings during construction of the new Gilmerton Highway Bridge.
