NIGC Proposes Revised Rule for Gaming Licenses and Background Investigations

The National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) has proposed a revised rule to update definitions for primary management officials and key employees, as well as establish modern retention requirements for background investigations and licensing applications, in response to comments received.
