U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Reopens Public Comment Period for Black-Capped Petrel Threatened Species Status

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is reopening the public comment period for its proposed rule to list the black-capped petrel as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act, following the receipt of new information since 2018.
