MSRB Proposes Rule Changes to Extend Regulatory Relief for Remote Office Inspections

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) has filed a proposed rule change to extend current relief for remote office inspections through June 30, 2024, and eliminate temporary relief for periodic compliance examinations of dealers.
