EPA Requests Public Comments on Proposed Extension of Tier 3 Motor Vehicle Emission Standards ICR

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comments on a proposed extension of its information collection request for Tier 3 Motor Vehicle Emission Standards, which is currently set to expire on January 31, 2026. The EPA will submit the request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
