FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for Boeing 767-200 and 767-300 Series Airplanes

The FAA proposes a new airworthiness directive for certain Boeing 767-200 and 767-300 series airplanes due to reports of scribe lines found at skin lap joints and other locations. The directive would require inspections and nondestructive testing for some planes.
