EPA Approves Texas State Implementation Plan for Houston-Galveston-Brazoria Ozone Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is supplementing a proposed rule to approve revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan for the Houston-Galveston-Brazoria area, addressing Nitrogen Oxide (NO X ) and Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) requirements.
