FMCSA Denies Bianco Trucking Services' Exemption Application for Student Driver Training

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has denied an exemption application from Bianco Trucking Services, LLC d.b.a. CDL and Operator Training, allowing students aged 18-20 with a 'K' restricted commercial learners permit to attend its Michigan driver training facility. The FMCSA deemed that granting the exemption would not significantly improve safety levels.
