DoD Creates New System of Records for Suspension and Debarment Decisions

The Department of Defense is establishing a new system of records, DoD-0027, to collect and document decisions on suspension, debarment, or other administrative remedies under the Federal Acquisition Regulation or the Non-procurement Common Rule, as mandated by the Privacy Act of 1974.
