U.S. Election Assistance Commission Requests OMB Approval for Extended Testing and Certification Forms

The U.S. Election Assistance Commission published a notice in the Federal Register on July 24, 2025, requesting OMB approval to extend the collection of four Testing and Certification forms, which contained an incorrect phone number.
