EPA Grants Vickery Environmental, Inc. Land-Ban Exemption for Five Injection Wells
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted Vickery Environmental, Inc. (VEI) a five-year exemption to the land disposal restrictions under the 1984 Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments (HSWA) for five Class I injection wells in Vickery, Ohio.
