EPA Proposes Approval of South Carolina's Regional Haze Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a regional haze State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) as satisfying the applicable requirements under the Clean Air Act and EPA's Regional Haze Rule for the program's second planning period.
