EPA Extends Deadlines for Oil and Gas Sector Climate Review Final Rule

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending deadlines for certain provisions related to emissions controls in the oil and gas sector, including the SuperEmitter Program, as part of the 'Standards of Performance for New, Reconstructed, and Modified Sources and Emissions Guidelines for Existing Sources: Oil and Natural Gas Sector Climate Review' final rule, published on March 8, 2024.
