HUD Modifies System of Records for Single Family Mortgage Insurance Origination System (SFMIOS)

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing a public notice to modify the system of records for the Single Family Mortgage Insurance Origination System (SFMIOS), which combines features of the Computerized Homes Underwriting Management System (CHUMS), Loan Application Management System (LAMS), Federal Housing Administration (FHA), and Connection (FHAC). The modifications aim to update the system of records authority for maintenance and categories of records.
