Agency Information Collection Activity Under OMB Review: Camp Lejeune Family Member Program-Reimbursement of Certain Medical Expenses

The Department of Veterans Affairs will submit the collection of information for the Camp Lejeune Family Member Program-Reimbursement of Certain Medical Expenses to the Office of Management and Budget for review and comment. This is in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
