DHS to Extend Information Collection Request for Form I-901 Without Change

The Department of Homeland Security is extending the public comment period for Form I-901, a fee remittance form for certain nonimmigrant visa holders, by 30 days, following no comments received on the initial 60-day notice published in the Federal Register on June 2, 2025.
