DHS Releases Draft PEA for Nationwide C-UAS Operation

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has released a draft programmatic environmental assessment (PEA) for the nationwide operation of counter unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS), which concludes that these activities will not significantly impact the environment. The draft PEA will inform DHS's decision on whether to proceed with C-UAS nationwide.
