CMS Finalizes Medicare Hospital Payment System Changes for FY 2026 and FY 2025

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has finalized several policy changes to Medicare hospital inpatient prospective payment systems, including updates to the FY 2026 rates, changes to the FY 2025 IPPS rates due to a court decision, and requirements for quality programs. The changes also include updates to the ONC Health Information Technology Certification Program.
