NYSE American LLC Proposes Rule Change to Waive Combined Cap on Floor Broker Credits and Rebates

NYSE American LLC has filed a proposed rule change to waive the combined cap on floor broker credits paid for QCC trades and rebates paid through the manual billable rebate program for the months of August, September, and October 2025.
