EPA Grants Exemption for Ethyl Formate Use in Citrus, Kiwifruit, and Table Grapes

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to VPTox LLC, on behalf of Draslovka Services Pty Ltd, allowing the use of ethyl formate as a fumigant in citrus, kiwifruit, and table grapes without a tolerance requirement, as long as it is used according to label directions and good agricultural practices.
