Army Signs Record of Decision for Pōhakuloa Training Area Land Retention

The US Army signed a Record of Decision on July 31, 2025, for the retention of 19,700 acres of state-owned land at the Pōhakuloa Training Area in Hawai`i, completing the National Environmental Policy Act process.
