PHMSA Publishes Final Rule on Pipeline Safety Recordkeeping Requirements

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has published a final rule clarifying recordkeeping requirements for testing in the Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP) reconfirmation regulation, allowing public comment on the technical correction and petition for reconsideration.
