USPS Proposes Addition to Mailing Standards Manual

The United States Postal Service is seeking public comment on a proposed addition to its Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM), which will define postmarks and postal possession, and provide guidance on postmarking procedures.
