Coast Guard Proposes Regulated Navigation Area on Hudson River South of Troy Locks

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing to create a Regulated Navigation Area (RNA) on the Hudson River in New York, south of the Troy Locks, to enhance safety and facilitate commerce during icy conditions. The proposed RNA would restrict vessel operations in the affected area when ice poses a threat to navigation.
