EPA Proposes to Approve Detroit, Michigan Area for 2010 Sulfur Dioxide NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Michigan's request to redesignate the Detroit area for the 2010 sulfur dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) and approve the area's maintenance plan, following statutory requirements under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
