EPA Approves Florida State Plan for Control of Emissions from Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration Units

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a state plan submitted by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for controlling emissions from commercial and industrial solid waste incineration units, which was finalized on February 7, 2013, and amended on June 23, 2016.
