US Merit Systems Protection Board Proposes New System of Records

The US Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) proposes to establish a new system of records titled 'MSPB--1, Appeals and Case Records' and rescind the current 'MSPB/GOVT--1, Appeals and Case Records' system, both of which collect and use information for MSPB's statutory functions.
