US Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone in Patapsco River

The US Coast Guard is establishing a 2,000-yard safety zone in the Patapsco River, Baltimore, MD, to protect personnel and vessels from a submerged hatch cover on the M/V W SAPPHIRE, and to ensure a safe working environment for responders and dive teams.
