EPA Proposes Consent Decree in Clean Air Act Citizen Suit Over Ozone Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a consent decree in response to a Clean Air Act citizen suit filed by the Center for Biological Diversity and the Center for Environmental Health, alleging the EPA failed to meet its duties in determining whether two non-attainment areas attained 2015 ozone standards by the Moderate attainment date.
