EPA Proposes Approval of Pennsylvania's Air Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan revision submitted by Pennsylvania to address vehicle emissions inspection and maintenance requirements for the Philadelphia nonattainment area, in compliance with the 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standards.
