US Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zones for M/V ZHEN HUA 29

The US Coast Guard has established two temporary safety zones around the M/V ZHEN HUA 29 in the Freeport Ship Channel, TX, to protect against potential hazards from large gantry cranes. Entry into the zones is restricted unless authorized by the COTP Houston-Galveston.
