EPA Proposes Approval of Georgia's State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Georgia, removing permitting requirements related to nonattainment and emission reduction credits, due to the lack of nonattainment areas in the state.
