Suspension of Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment for All Countries Under President's Executive Order 14324

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has implemented President's Executive Order 14324, suspending duty-free de minimis treatment for all countries, effective July 30, 2025. The order requires collection of applicable duties for products valued at $800 or less, unless sent through the international postal network.
