Air Plan Approval; Kentucky; Emissions Inventory and Nonattainment New Source Review for the Henderson-Webster Sulfur Dioxide Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve two State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by Kentucky to certify two requirements under the Clean Air Act, satisfying nonattainment new source review and base year emissions inventory requirements for the Henderson-Webster sulfur dioxide nonattainment area.
