Air Plan Approval; Texas; Reasonably Available Control Technology in the Dallas-Fort Worth Ozone Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Dallas-Fort Worth ozone nonattainment area, satisfying the Serious classification for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) requirement.
