Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Security Zone for Moored Cruise Ships at Port of San Diego

The Coast Guard will enforce a temporary security zone regulation from December 21, 2010, to June 20, 2011, around cruise ships moored at the Port of San Diego to ensure safety, and entry will be restricted unless authorized by the Captain of the Port San Diego or his representative.
