U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Issues Biological Opinion and Permit for Alaska Liquefied Natural Gas Project

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a biological opinion and permit for the Alaska Liquefied Natural Gas Project, required by the Endangered Species Act and the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act, within the statute of limitations provision of the Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act.
