Coast Guard Amends Anchorage Regulations for Los Angeles and Long Beach Harbors

The US Coast Guard is updating anchorage regulations for Los Angeles and Long Beach Harbors to improve navigation safety and accommodate increased vessel traffic, including larger vessels calling on the ports.
