AHRQ Requests OMB Approval for Reinstatement of HCUP Order Form Collection

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is seeking an additional 30 days for public comment on the reinstatement of the 'Online Application Order Form for Products from the Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project (HCUP)' information collection project, previously published in the Federal Register on April 30, 2025.
